  • SAICA AMPLIA SU ALCANCE ACREDITADO ENAC - 2019

    La apuesta de SAICA por el crecimiento interno basado en la mejora continua y con el objetivo de satisfacer las necesidades de sus Clientes, se ha visto recompensado con la renovación del alcance técnico acreditado de sus laboratorios bajo las nuevas directrices de la norma UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

    Destacar que, en esta ocasión, además de llevar a cabo la adaptación total de su Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad a los nuevos requisitos técnicos y asegurar el grado de calidad de sus actividades ya alcanzadas, se ha incrementado la oferta de servicios de calibración mediante 4 nuevos procedimientos, entre los que destaca la realización de mediciones mediante medidora de tres coordenadas de palpado mediante imagen.

  • AIRBUS | UCA | SAICA PARTICIPAN EN SAE 2019 AEROTECH® Europe

    El pasado 24 de septiembre se presentó en el congreso SAE 2019 Aerotech Europe una ponencia oral con el título “Analytical Model for Calibration Results Performances Enhancement, Resulting in Automated Prescription for Equipments” fruto de la colaboración de Airbus Operations (Puerto Real), UCA (Universidad de Cádiz) y SAICA.

    En la ponencia se realiza una propuesta metodológica para el tratamiento de los datos de calibración, permitiendo determinar una sistemática para el establecimiento dinámico y flexible de los intervalos de calibración de equipos de medición en ambientes industriales. Los resultados se obtuvieron de una experiencia práctica con dicha metodología, apoyada por una aplicación informática, realizada en la planta de Puerto Real de Airbus, bajo el asesoramiento de la UCA y desarrollada por SAICA.
